A Great Example of Staying Inside the Ball and a Great Diving Catch!

An amazing 2 minute video.  Here are some things I am seeing here.

1. The HR that Anna Shelnutt hits is on the inner third of the plate and she still stayed inside of the pitch.
2. Although she actually didn't get it "all" she got most of it.
3. She stayed through the ball incredibly well as you can see in the photos below where she did not roll over until way after contact.  This is so very very important and so very very difficult to do.
4. Notice the effort by the center fielder for Washington!!!!  Love it!
5. THEN!  THE diving catch of the year!  Incredible...but the thing is over looked here I think is the arm strength from the knees with a great throw for the DP. 
6. Also, watch how she started moving in before she knew where the bunt was going.
7. You outfielders, watch what the Right Fielder does and how she is moving to back up the throw.
